|Recommended: NoPoor Mangement Staff — I recently moved to the Shelby and I must say the apartments are not built very well. The ceilings and walls are always cracking. Also you can hear the residents in the courtyard at all hours of the night. The hall way smells like trash all the time and the package room is a mess. When I first moved in I used to get texts on my phone if I had a package. Now I don't get any texts. I just have to go down there and check myself randomly. I also don't know why my packages are always missing or not put away where they should be. On three instances I could not find my package and I asked the guy at the front desk to help me locate it. He did not get up not one time to help me look for it. And he clearly was not busy. So then he says what apartment are you in I tell him my apartment number and he says he will do an audit and try to locate the package and will contact me tomorrow. Weeks go by and he never calls or emails me This happened three times. He says he will follow up with you but never does. He just totally lies in your face. Smh

|Recommended: YesMy Amazing New Apartment — I am a brand new resident at the Shelby and in all of my years I have never been in an apartment complex such as this. The front desk staff's customer service is above 5 star, the facility is gorgeous, the mailing system is safe and perfect and the maintenance is the quickest I have ever seen. I absolutely love this complex and I will be recommending this to many of my friends and family.
