For the past four years, Aslin Beer has been earning the recommendations of locals who become regulars after just one sip. And now, the local purveyor of craft brews has debuted a new location right here in Alexandria! Located at 847 S. Pickett Street, the brewery and taproom is a great spot to meet some friends for post-work pints and a bite to eat from a food truck parked just outside the brewery’s front door.
Aslin’s style is truly one-of-a-kind and they brew so many different beers even a non-beer lover will find something to enjoy during each visit. IPAs and sour beers are definitely their forte, with an incredible selection to sample. The Apizza! beer is actually brewed with fruit like watermelon, raspberries, blackberries, and mint for a super refreshing summer flavor. Then you have darker beers like the Pisghetti Western which was inspired by a nutella stuffed churro – no joke. It boasts flavors of hazelnut, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla all in one delightful sip.
